Developmental Disabilities:
We provide services designed to promote independence and choice to enhance the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities and their families.
Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program
Early Intervention provides services for infants and toddlers ages birth to three who have a developmental concern and/or a disability. Eligible children and their families are entitled to free Family Resource Coordination by a person trained to help them develop a plan for individualized, quality early intervention services to meet their needs.
Children’s Early Learning Academy (CELA)
Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare provides early intervention services through the Children’s Early Learning Academy. Eligible children receive therapeutic services designed to optimize their development. Services are delivered by a qualified team of professionals based on the child’s individualized family service plan (IFSP) which is developed jointly by the family, Family Resource Coordinator, and service providers to meet the goals and priorities of the family.
