Our Services

Youth Services

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare provides a comprehensive range of mental health services tailored to support children, adolescents, and families in need of dedicated support and specialized solutions.

Services are tailored in intensity to meet the unique needs of each child or family. Our youth programs include outpatient counseling, school-based counseling, and the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) program, all designed to provide flexible, individualized support.

Our providers are trained in several evidence-based practices utilized to provide quality services for various child and family needs.

Practices current clinicians are trained in include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT+)

  • Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Love and Logic Trainer Certification

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Outpatient

Services vary based on the needs of each child or family.

Services may include:

  • Mental health evaluation

  • Individual, group, and family therapy

  • Case management

  • Parenting support and education

  • Psychiatric medication management

  • Crisis management

Outpatient services are provided from our office in Omak, virtually with our telehealth providers, or in schools. The location for services is based on the needs of the child and family.

School-Based Services

OBHC offers outpatient counseling services based in the Oroville, Tonasket, Omak, Okanogan, Methow Valley, Pateros, and Brewster school districts. School-based services are reflective of outpatient services offered in our office. For districts that do not have an OBHC staff member regularly on-sight services will be offered virtually so youth can remain in the school setting.

Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)

WISe is a voluntary, home and community-based program for youth (ages 5–20) with complex behavioral health needs. It offers individualized support for children and families facing significant emotional or behavioral challenges—delivered in the environments where they feel most comfortable.

Services are provided by a collaborative care team and are designed to help families succeed in the least restrictive setting possible.

What WISe offers
