What is Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare?

Established in 2002, Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare (OBHC) is a 501 (c) 3 Private Nonprofit Corporation providing behavioral health care services to the diverse population of Okanogan County. Our range of professional services are designed to ensure that the level of care needed will be provided to everyone seeking our services for mental health and/or substance use dirorder-related challenges. We prioritize comprehensive care with various programs and services offered to clients to best meet their unique needs.

Mission

The mission of OBHC is to provide holistic behavioral health services that promote wellness and sustain recovery in Okanogan County.

OBHC is dependable, transparent, accountable, collaborative, and fiscally responsible so that we can provide care that is respectful, accessible, recovery-oriented, and high quality.

OBHC has selected five core values in conjunction with our guiding principles to shape how we provide services. These values have been intigrated into much of what we as an orginization to ensure they remain at the cornerstone for business decisions and staff interactions with clients, co-workers, and community partners. Service Area

Our services are offered to all residents of Okanogan County. We provide services from our offices in Omak, within most schools across the county, and via telehealth. Telehealth services are offered on a case-by-case basis depending on your specific needs. Those eligible for telehealth services are offered virtual services from their home, school, or a local “Zoom room” depending on their location in the county.
