Mental Health Services
OBHC provides person-centered support groups and individualized counseling services to individuals across their lifespan. OBHC treats both short- and long-term mental health-related issues with treatment plans individualized to meet the unique needs of each client.
Individual Counseling
Therapy services are voluntary and provided on an as-needed basis. The length and frequency of counseling or therapy vary based on individual needs.
Support Groups
OBHC offers Anger Management Classes, a Women’s Support Group, and a Men’s Support Group as a component of some clients’ treatment plan. If you are a current client and one of these groups interests you, consult your counselor about attending.
Case Management
Case management services might be offered to you as part of your treatment plan to address any barriers that are impacting your mental health negatively. Our trained case managers can assist individuals in navigating community resources to increase stability by meeting their basic needs.
Prevention/Education - We offer information in public forums or in specific educational settings to enhance recognition of mental health issues, promote sound mental health, develop skills in the mental health field, and/or prevent the development of mental illness.
